With prolonged use, the soft-touch surface can wear out. In addition, heavy soiling and improper use can leave residues on the surface or in the material. Despite the high resistance, we therefore recommend careful handling of the hookah so that it retains the striking surface structure for a long time. Complaints/complaints due to improper/extreme use are excluded from the warranty. The responsibility in such cases lies with the customer. Small inclusions (e.g. air) in the glass (bowl) cannot be excluded due to production and do not constitute a reason for complaint.
